Classes & Pole Labs

Register for our 60min Classes or 90min Pole Labs to learn from our amazing team of instructors — many of our coaches are current or former sex workers.

Have an Open Practice

Register for our 90min or 3-Hour Open Practice Sessions and Studio Rentals for an unguided session to practice what you like on the poles, collaborate with friends, and use all of the equipment we have in the studio, including lights, music, and exercise tools.

Workshops

We regularly host fun workshops in different skills and styles from our own coaches and visiting coaches. Our workshops are $35.00 but we can offer Club Dancers a 50% discount code to attend an upcoming workshop.
